- Items may be exchanged within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- Items can be exchanged only if in original and resalable condition, unused, with all tags attached, and original packaging intact accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returned items may be exchanged with a credit voucher valid for 180 days from the date of return.
- Items purchased during a sale, special offer or promotion may only be exchanged at the same purchase price.
- No item may be refunded except in the event of a manufacturer defect and our inability to fix or exchange the item with another identical one. The refund validity period for defective items is 7 days from date of receipt. In such case, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. For credit card returns there is often some processing time before a refund is posted, you may follow-up with your bank or credit card company.
- Items can be exchanged in store or shipped. To exchange your item please send us an email at Roomours.Support@saragroup.com with the item details, original invoice, and reason for exchange.
- Shipping cost for returned items is paid by the customer.
- While all information is presented in good faith and believed to be correct, some errors may occur. In such events, Roomours reserves the right to cancel or reject the order.
